Canopy lighting .

Hey I have a 110g tall 48x18x30 and its topped with a canopy . Currently I am running a 48in coralife pc 65w . I wanted to switch it out . Should I retrofit something into the canopy or get a fixture. Ps my end result is I wanna keep sps

I would retro fit some 250w MH with Radium bulbs in there or some LED pendants that are dimmable.
