Hi,

So I wanted to test my carbon doser that hasn't been used in a year. Hooked it upto a CO2 cylinder and everything is leak proof.
However, when I connect the CO2 regulator , the red blinking light is on but it doesn't have the sound of blinking . Also no CO2 is being injected out of the regulator .

Any thoughts ? If someone can provide aquarium plants customer care number it will be helpful too .

Regards,
Abhishek

Solenoid is stuck. They typically have little o-rings in them and if they aren’t used, those rings expand and cause the spool valve to get stuck. I play paintball and rebuild solenoids in electronic markers often. The carbon doser solenoid is quite similar to them.
