Is it a good idea to always run a litle carbon? I have heard both ways. Right now its in a 12 gallon aquapod with just softies and one awesome 30 polyp duncan.

SEE, both ways. So what is it yes or no? Is it just what you prefer? Some tanks do better with it and some do not.
