Care for chalice without eyes

Titles says it all. There is a lot of information on how to care for chalice with eyes, but not much on chalice without eyes. Lighting, flow, feeding, ext.
 
If you place them in an area of low flow and low light to heal, they will eventually develop a mouth that you can feed.
