Hi all,

This site has been awesome with everyone's advice so far. I am building a 210 gallon 72"x24"x28" tank. I'm in the process of getting rocks for my tank. Has anyone bought Caribsea life rock for the same sort of tank size and if they can share how much quantity they bought and possibly which boxes or specific kinds of rock shapes? I know rock work is subjective but I'd just like an opinion. I love arches and caves so that's what I'm trying to accomplish. Thank you!

I like their arches as it saves time building them from scratch with live rock or local limestone. But if you want a nuimber generally I use roughly 3/4 lb rock of whatever sort per gallon of water. So with your system if I was using "Life Rock" I would use about 75-80 lbs "Life Rock" and 75-80 lns of a quality maricultured live rock.
