Larry went above and beyond and as a first time customer, I'm extremely satisfied! I paid for USPS shipping but after hearing bout the snowstorm in NY, Larry upgraded my shipping to Fedex without a charge! He even called me to give me the tracking # and to make sure that the shipiment arrived on time. What a great guy!

The packaging was extremely well done, heatpack still warm, not even a single leak and he included TWO zoa frag freebies as space fillers! :D This is all before I even had the chance to put the aussie chalice I ordered from him into the tank.

Pic does not do this chalice justice. Bright blue with pink eyes, easily it has become one of my center pieces and I'm looking forward to the piece morphing more under my light. Thank you so much again for a smooth and fantastic transaction Larry!
