Anyone keeping a carpenter wrasse in that size of tank? I saw someone doing it on Instagram and it got me thinking

Yikes! just because someone is keeping a flasher wrasse in a 20g doesn't mean they should be. If you want to see a carpenter's flasher wrasse at its best, a 40 breeder or bigger is the way to go.

Yeah he probably won’t get along with the blue tang in my 20g anyway

I would not do the flasher. Conventional wisdom here is that the possum wrasses and pink streak wrasse are the best wrasse choices for 20 gallons.
