Yeah parameters all checked out before I bought it, even had my local fish store check my water and he got the same results, the fish store also told me it was normal that the carpet spits up its stomach like that so I assumed it was normal but he’s doing it way to much

That would be normal for a struggling anemone, not a healthy one.
Hopefully treatment works, but it was not the ideal anemone for you really if you don't have good lighting and maybe a little soon for such a sensitive anemone, but your issue may have happened anyway if it is a bacterial infection.
Good luck either way, post outcome.

what are all in check
Have you started treatment

Alk was at 8.5
Cal 430
Nitrates where at like 10
Pho 0
Temp 78-79
And yes he is in a quarantine, if my tank isn’t sufficient enough because it’s too new I could throw him in my dads, that aquarium has been up since 2015 and is well established

I'm sorry I misread and mixed up, there are a number of very similar nem problem posts, I thought you were one ordering new lighting.

Yes those should be fine.

Any results? Same condition
Assure phosphate not elevated and also not too much water flow. Often in this state is excess light, starvation and stress from water conditions
