I barely make it into this grouping, with my 180 display and about 50 sump?

Purchased used over a month ago now. They had a crash during august and it's been slowly recovering.

I have put in a bunch of frags, buy there were corals already in there. Mushrooms palys and two LPS came with the tank. I now have some sps, 2 shrimp some snails, some hermit crabs and one electric blue damsel. Worms, pods, other small unknown things too

Congrats! Way bigger than my first setup (30 gal with a fluval).
This is an addictive hobby, but it’s worth it.
Be careful with the coral in your second pic (green star polyp), they tend to spread quite fast.
If you can you should position this rock as a separate island.
Good luck
