Hi - looking for fish ideas for my 130cm x 65 cm deep x 50cm tall tank with sump and corals. Want something wacky (shape, colour, behaviour), not too territorial, and reef safe. Also, want the fish to look like they are at home in the tank, rather than looking for a way out. So far have a filefish (yes, not entirely reef safe), yellow coral goby, royal gramma, and fire shrimp. Tailspot blenny feels like a good fit next. Can’t believe how many fish fail my criteria. Love tangs (who doesn’t) but too big, clown fish fit the cartoon but I’ve had them before and were too territorial. Flame angel might just about fit the bill. Help appreciated!

If you have an established sand with lots of small critters living in it such as spaghetti worms, pods, etc., a twin spot Goby would definitely be a good "cartoon" fish candidate.

In 130cm tank clownfish will not be territorial. How established tank is? If you have refugium and/or copepods supply - get mandarin (or a pair of them).

Yellow watchman with pistol shrimp if you have sandbed will be very much cartoon, I supposez
