cell phone pic help

I love my tank, and love showing it off. Unfortunately, all I have to take photos is my phone. An Alcatel Onetouch from Wal-Mart. It takes a good image, it is the color, contrast etc that is out of whack, especially if I'm trying for a pic under allot of blue or actinic. Is gthere an app that is simple to use, free and that works? Or any other suggestions?

I just turn white up more and seems to show colors ok.
