Chalice ID, Red/Green Rising Sun

Need help ID this chalice I got, it has the same strips as a rising sun however it has red stripes with green background. Let me know what you think.

I've seen several chalices of this type showing up in LCS. Some have interesting markings. Many places refer to them as convict type or bangle tiger fill in the color before each description. Does yours have a colored rim?
