Chalice ID

Hi,

Anyone know what type of chalice this is? I know the picture is bad it's from my phone, the colour is a little paler blue and a bit more brighter in real life and the mouths are pinkish but can't be seen in the photo

Probably going to need a better picture with different light to get a better idea what that is.
