Send it to me for further identification and research.
Adding two of my chalices ,
This one is from my 3.7G pico reef tank
This one is from my 29 gallon biocube, has grown crazy
Both of them are from local frag swap. Miami hurrican chalice is pretty fast grower and a common sighting in local frag swap
This was the best picture I could with my crappy phone camera at the moment with my light schedule mostly blue. Here is my bubblegum pink chalice with a blue growth rim! It actually grows pretty quick so I moved it into a little lower light to avoid so much fragging.
A frag I just picked not quite sure what the name is.
Not sure what this guy is got it fairly cheap and it’s been growing nicely
Let's see some more chalices!
Here are few of mine!!!! Favorite coral!!
BigR Clown Vomit
Can anyone ID this for me ? Guessing just a rainbow ?
WWC super fly chalice....the colors are insane!!!
Nice coral, But it's an Echinata.
Yep I noticed that after I got it LOL
how often you guys feed them? reef roids ok?
also, any special requirements for bazooka joe? low light/ low flow right now...
I feed my lps 2 to 3 x a week. Because they mostly feed at night I've been training mine to open during the day and they're doing just fine. I'll give em a dose of reef roids to get them in feeding mode and then spot feed frozen foods or LPS pellets and they eat it right up. I was quite surprised by how big of pieces they will consume, especially the mycedium. .
Mine like low to moderate light and moderate flow.
Oh man! I need that in my life...
2 x a week - ReefFrenzy, de-capsulated brine shrimp eggs rehydrated with diluted Reef Energy a/b, small mysid shrimp. Low flow, par 75-150 pending how the chalice responds.
Separate names with a comma.
