Nice collection . I read that candy canes can be very agressive I would hate to see a post that it killed your chalice one day . I don't have any candy canes so I don't know but you should look into it

I had thought about this. Luckily the candy canes are at peak inflation in that pic, and they do not have aggressive sweepers IME. My main fear would be the colony falling into the chalices. Hopefully the superglue and epoxy holds, they have been glued in for over a year and I did my best to secure them well.

I had my kryptonite candy canes fall on top of my jedi mind trick monti and didn't do any damage. Not sure how long it was sitting there just looked over and it was laying on top.

Don't run halides anymore. That's under T5 I would say its about 14k-15k temp to my eyes. At least that's what my 14k Phoenix looked like when I ran them.

My chalice collection consists of 2 free, unknown pieces given to me by a friend. In order to keep it that way and protect my tank funds I will no longer look at this thread and unsubscribing from updates! :D
