Hi there....

So, we have a jbj rimless 30 gallon. We’d like to replace the two existing pumps in the back and make it just one. They are each 264 gph. Does that mean we have to go and get a pump that does 528 gallons per hour or stay with 264 for just one pump?

Any recommendation on some good pumps? That won’t break my bank.... (I also am going to upgrade eventually to a 45 jbj...so I’d like the pump to work in that also.

Thanks in advance

Yah, I’m sorry. I tried posting and it gave me an error saying I needed to sign up to make an account before I post a thread so I did that and then my post dissapeared so I wrote it again. My bad. Can I delete one ?

I am extremely pleased with this recirculating pump— of course you can choose the size to fit your tank’s needs (and your budget). The 125 gallon size was in the mid-$200 range, if I recall.
