I don't have cheato alage for start my refuguim or any kind of micro alage. Then can i start my refugium using any product or any method?

A deep fiji mud regugium with the correct inverts could help a lot. I'd throw in some live rock and a light with a timer that is opposite of your display tank light to help balance pH. Some chaeto would help with absorbing nitrates and phosphates once you get your hands on some. how big is your fuge? Are you putting you skimmer and other equipment in another compartment. The more details you can share the better.
