Strangely I haven't done anything special which I believe can be 100% related... i was just playing to stabilized NO3... and forget about the cheato....
I Increased BB and MB7 (what seemed to work on No3)
February - March was ~stable.

but the past week cheato just explode... NO3 are dropping way fast

Increase BB x2 : march 11... ~ that give +some trace
Increase AFR: +1ml march 14...+1ml march 19... ~+some trace of trace
Decrease mb7: -1ml march 27... -1ml april 7...
Feed 2,5x more pellet : april 4

I haven't done the calculation, but I would be surprised if bb and afr provide enough trace elements to wake up the cheato to this point and maintain it ?

Ps: I started adding 2ml of seachem iodide every Saturday when changing the water... but I think it's unlikely that this is the cause of the cheato waking up.

Don't mind the po4, i do all test in the morning before light/dosing time. I dose 0.05ppm po4/day "since april".

I don't know what wake up my cheato...
It's hard to put all the peace together.
but know i need to stable my no3...
-Reduce my light in fuge probably.

Thanks, I had not seen that. Is it from a TM web site?

I get a very different value than you do for iron in your system using that value.

The AFR is 0.7 ppm iron.

You add 3 ml into 55 gallons (208,198 mL) so the dilution is 3/208,198

3/208198 x 0.7 ppm = 0.00001 ppm per day, or 0.01 ppb (ug/L).
1ml BB more and 1ml AFR more in my 55g.

I guess i will never know exactly. ;)
Thanks
