No but it looks just like it to me. I got the whole colony for $50 bucks at a LFS. Thats the same price as a frag of the sponge bob.

They do kinda look like hornets, the girl I bought them from called them bumble bees so I guess they can still sting you.

I didn't get them from a LFS, a local was selling them she had a whole colony of about 200 or so.
