lets bump this up, I really like this milli but barely ever see it for sale or colonies of it.
There’s a reason for that. It’s an insanely slow grower. I’ve had one for maybe 7 months now. It’s barely encrusted, but it sure is pretty.

Do you still have this. Any updated pic?

I had to restart my system- this is in my tank but nothing more than a small frag- I lost all (well nearly all) my acros to some bacterial pathogen. It only effected my sticks and after most of last year trying to find the answer/cure/remedy I didn’t/couldn’t so I tore the entire system down and started over

This is still a favorite, I’m glad I could salvage some of it

Do you feel a UV sterilizer could have controlled/killed that pathogen? I'm thinking im about to adding one to my system, but mainly for dino outbreaks and algae control.

No it did not- I have a UV sterilizer capable of level 2 sterilization and it did nothing.

I tried EVERYTHING humanly known and few cutting edge processes not so known or widely used-

pretty certain if someone asked “did you try this” my answer is yes

I don’t throw in the towel easily- actually, this was the first in 2 decades

Dennis has a nice piece, may have came from me actually. Reinaldo at pirates reef also has it- also from me LOL

I seeded many tanks over the years, Cherry Corals bought a piece form Reinaldo to regrow it
It’s a beauty

It must be a slow grower because nobody has one in stock. Been looking for a while now.

I’ve had a frag of it for about a year now. It’s encrusted a little and starting to shoot one branch. Very slow grower. It’s colored perfectly though.

Pictures or it didn’t happen. Fisherman’s code
Here it is in all its glory. A year ago I got this in as a 3/4” Frag. Now it is a 3/4” Frag that is encrusted AND shooting one tiny branch at the base. Ha. As I said before brutally slow grower for me.

Here's mine, I got it from @SawCJack00 who has 2 large colonies so maybe he will post a pic. I've had it for about 1 month and it seems to be encrusting very well. PE is getting better every day. Absolute stunner for sure!
