i like mine too. head #2 doesn’t like to stay calibrated but it only drifts ~10ml over 450ml (i use the Chihiros bottles too) so I just recalibrate once in a while. for the price it’s been mostly plug and play.

@The_Paradox are you saying you pulled the stock pump heads and the Red Sea heads are a drop in replacement?

I just calibrated my Chihiros pump but haven’t installed it yet. I did ask on their forum about replacement heads and they stated not available for purchase in US.

Thanks
They don't sell replacement heads at all.

i still like mine but it does have trouble maintaining calibration over months of use. That said, it is light years nicer than the Jecod/Jebao Chinesium pumps. Without replacement heads it is disposable.

I just set mine up for dosing trace elements and amino. I use red sea for dosing two parts but honestly not impressed with red sea app so went with chihiros since it's cheaper. I got the whole set with dosing containers and so far very impressed with the unit and the app. Set up was a breeze.

Considering this system. Is it still worth trying?
I ran through the calibration process on all 4 heads 5 times and the test dose was exactly the same every time. I wrote the numbers down so calibrating is a snap. My first one is 2yrs old now and no problems at all. I have another calibrated and waiting for new tank to arrive. Money well spent imo.

I do have one, I like it because it comes with containers. I use for dose AF Component 1-2-3 , Calibration is not so difficult, I do quarterly.

I just installed one last week and, so far, so good. I am only dosing phytoplankton right now, but it is nice to know that I have capacity if I decide to dose other things. I do wish that it had a way to configure manually and not just with a phone.
