Bigger is not always better, you want to pick something that will work with your water volume to cool tank properly. JBJ has a nice line up and with all the labor day sales going on, you can find a good deal with free shipping. 1/3hp is good for tanks up to 200-300 gallons. 1hp is kind of an overkill and waste power.
 
1/3 is no where near strong enough for my tank I had two and they couldn't keep up my tank is a 450 and it's an outside tank I need a chiller that will drop 10 degrees but not stay on running all day
