chinese black box only doing blue.

I just bought a Chinese black box led and they only do blue.

Have you tried powering down and unplugging the light for at least 30 minuets to reset them?

Most black box LED have two power plugs, one for blue and one for white, make sure they are both plugged in. Maybe posting a pic and some model info would help.

I took the power supply out of the top pic but the other one has both in and still doing all blue.

Looks used. I would just replace it with a new one.
