Chinese black box question

I’ve been running a black box in my 40g breeder for awhile and was wondering what setting y’all keep yours on atm mines 100 blue 10-15 white.
tank stock is 10-15 bubble tip nems
Pulsing Xenia
Kenya tree
Toadstool
Devils hand
Waving hand
Bullseye mushrooms
Was wounded if I turned my blues down some do you think it would cause my nems to stretch for light. I really don’t want to cause them to move

I will ask, why do you want to change your lighting at this point? Looks like your tank is doing really well. Dont fix something that aint broken sort of a thing
