I was using a glass cup to introduce a sea cucumber in my tank and the corner just tapped my tank and took out a little piece should I be worried about the strength of the glass now and how could I go about fixing this?

Watch it for sure. For peace of mind, I'd consider a replacement but it's probably okay as is. It hasn't spidered out or anything so...

It can’t be fixed.

You can use a little fine wet-dry sandpaper to CAREFULLY smooth out the sharp edge and possibly remove the micro fractures from the edge?

I don’t think you need to worry about a tank failure but you should be careful putting extra pressure on the inside of the tank around any scratch or chip, glass breaks from scratches and chips when force on the opposite side cause the scratch to expand.

Not going to explode, no, but I updated my post because I was looking at the wrong thing when I originally wrote what I did. It can't really be fixed but it should be watched and treated a bit carefully as noted above.
