Thanks. Basically it’s entire foot was still good. It’s tentacles just got sucked in. Skimmer seems to have pulled a lot out (was cleaned yesterday). Put 2 cups fresh carbon in. Started mixing some water for a change. Will be adding a 40G tank as a frag tank later today after I drill and plumb it in. Hopefully extra volume will help.carbon and big water change
Some people have had luck keeping "shaved nems" but I've always had them die once they get badly mangled. Keep an eye on that one and be ready to remove it if if dies it will add a lot of nutrients and possibly foul your tank.
Thanks. I’ll look around. It’s a Jebao lol. Need to go get a gyre off of lazy that has the guards.Sorry to hear about your nem. You can probably find some mesh covers for your power heads for reasonably cheap.
Net any and all pieces with fish net, then siphon fine stuff which in turn will be a water change and utilize carbon for clarification. Ive lost sea hares and a nem or two and no disasters - just milky looking water
Have taken these steps. Got everything possible. Water was milky but filled an entire reactor with ROX 0.8 carbon and water is crystal clear. Everything has extended polyps etc.! Would it be safe to say everything will be fine?

Had mine for about a 1 1/2 before it started walking, I have a small LTA that started moving about 3 mths ago but it stays on the rocks & sand so far.Yikes- Got my carpet last August, placed it in the left corner and it has NEVER moved from there
