Hi all, looking for some advice on this picture attached.

Both green chromis last couple days started seeing red spots on them. I did see them being aggressive towards my foxface the other day so not sure if it’s due to the spikes off that or it’s uronema ??

Also if it is uronema, does this effect other fish( clowns / fox face / tang / firefish)

Water quality should be ok, levels all correct. Tank about 4/5 months old and fairly new to this so still learning!

I don’t see this as uronema but rather bite marks from other fish
Uronema is oval and ciliated and this is not in alignment with this disease
