Chromis White Spot- Ich ?

I just wanted to confirm that this was ich. Only thing throwing me off is that when I brought him home from the lfs, it had a similar spot on the tail fin that I just attributed to a bite/wound. That spot is gone, but now it's on his head and I can see some bumps from the white spot down behind the eye.

Other 2 Chromis dies within a week of bringing them home, one almost immediately for unknown reasons and the other of Uronema.

The bump on the head isn’t ich. The white spot at the base of the pectoral fin isn’t ich either. Jay

doesnt look like ich. does the area look grey and discolored in person? Is he itching against things? - kali
