haha ok guys so i left the lid off of one of my salt buckets and im assuming it just like... absorbs the moisture out of the air or something... because overnight my salt went from nice and sandy to brick hard... anyone know if that is going to throw off the PH or alk or anything when i go to mix? i mean i can test but id rather not if anyone knows if it will be alright

I've used mine in that state before and things were fine but I'd test just in case ya know

It should be fine, especially if it happened overnight. Seems all the ingredients should still be reasonably well distributed, if they were before the solidification.

i usually dont use the salt if the happens. my salt comes in 3x 50g mix bags so worst case im throwing out 50g worth of salt but its usually less than that. thats worth it to me.

Yes! LOL!
