I still don't see the clown goby anywhere.
I think he's gone the way of the midas, the bta and the cleaner shrimp.

Getting the tank back together before restocking.

In my never ending quest to defeat dinos, I have employed a UV sterilizer.
9w Green killing machine to be exact.

It's an eyesore but since I don't have a sump, it's the best I can do.
I do not plan on using it long term and I am hoping against hope that it works because I do not have a large breakout of dinos.

I got the strangest fish today.

Looks like a saltwater neon tetra.
Anyone know the name of this little guy? I forgot what the guy at the lfs told me he is.

I hope I've turned a corner on this tank.

I have not seen dinos since Sunday.
It's too early to say they are gone and I can't say the U.V. killed them.
U.V. takes a while to get rid of algae because it does not kill them. It alters the DNA so they can't reproduce.
I would not expect that to have happened within 4 days.

If I don't see any into next week I will begin to call it a success between H202 dosing and the U.V.

Corals have been mounted!
Pics to come when I get home from work.

I broke one (sps) trying to thin out the plug.
I simply mounted the very tiny frag still attached to the plug in one spot and mounted the larger piece onto the rockwork.
Again,
Pics to come when I get home from work.

Thank you!

I think so...
It was in bad shape. It's doing very well in the nano.

Im not done with corals yet but I'm running out of places to put them.

Here are the test results.

Screenshot_20181027-120335_Aquarium Note.jpg

Nitrates are high!
Don't know if that caused the death or if it's a result of the death.
Either way, water change is in order.

Phosphate bottomed out.
I will remove p04 remover media (Brightwell Xport p04 cubes)
I was using 2 cubes.

Calcium, dkh and ph are low.
I will dose 2 part. (Seachem fusion)

Im bummed that my beautiful coral bit the dust.
