This is mainly a question on weird behavior. I recently purchased a giant blue maxima clam. One of my trochus snails has fallen in love with it or something. It is constantly in the exact same spot on the clam. Its not dead because for about 20-30 min a day it moves around the tank, but will ALWAYS go back to the exact same spot on the clam... Should i be worried? Can trochus snails hurt clams? Am i worrying about nothing lol? I just worry because, for now, that clam is kind of my prized possession! Any advice here would be appreciated! Thank!

They won’t harm the clam. Maybe it just really likes it lol.
I didn't think so either lol. Its just weird how it ends up the the EXACT SAME SPOT for 18-20 hours of the day haha! Maybe just algae buildup it really likes or something...

I've found trochus snails will often pick a favorite sleeping spot that they will return to daily. Sounds like he found his spot!
