Not happy with my order just received from Live Aquaria.

I made a purchase of two clams from them. It arrived with a wet box, empty bag with a clam, and another bag with very little water in it.

I am trying to put both clams into one bag with little water for temperature acclimation then drip it afterward.
The water is barely enough for one clam and now I need to drip two in it. Hoping that they will survive specially not sure how long has that one clam be without water.

I contacted them on Tuesday and still no respond. One of the clams without water was dead.
