Hi.
I’m planning out my redsea reefer 170 sump equipment and have got really excited about the Clarisea Sk-3000 released not long ago. :) I’d love this to replace filtersocks in my Redsea 170 (not yet purchased, but will be).
Anyone know if the 3000 version would be suitable for redsea 170? My return pump would be an Apex Cor 15.
Hope someone can help.
Thanks
Emma.

I'm not sure I understand what it is that you are concerned about?
Fit in the Red Sea sump?
How effective the Clarisea system is?
Something else?

Hi. :)
Basically I was wondering.....
The recommendation return pump for red Sea 170 is 2000l/hr and the Clarisea recommended flow rate is 3000l/hr I was wondering if the Clarisea will be less effective if the flow rate on the return pump is 2000l/hr. (sorry, I’m fairly new to this) Also, would it ‘fit’ nicely in the sump?
Thanks very much
Emma
