I bought a tuxedo urchin to graze on some hair algae I had. Its done a great job, there’s only a small amount left but the urchin has stuck lots of hair algae to itself and it looks to be growing on it - the thing looks like it is wearing a wig almost as big as itself! Do I attempt to pull the algae off it or leave it alone?

Thanks, I’ll give it a clean, didn't want to hurt it by attempting to pull bits off.

Mine is very matted I do believe I'm going to try to clean him today thanks for the post , but I love his coral hat they dont seem to be hurting anything
