Clean Up Crew

At the moment I already have a basic clean up crew in my 14g biocube which includes one astrea, one fighting conch, a peppermint shrimp, urchin, and 2 nassa snails. I tried not to overload the tank but now i'm beginning to have a detritus problem. It looks like white dust forming on the rocks and once I brush it away it comes back the next day. I've also got a small growth of cyano and hair algae. Any ideas on inverts that could help with that? I've always been cautious about hermits and serpent stars, but I'm willing to do it if that's the only thing that can help.

Small tank, small snails. Also go diverse, and a bit of what your feeding. don't worry too much about the smallest members IMO. A couple more Nassies wouldn't hurt.
