Cleaner shrimp (common shrimp)

Its my fourth shrimp during 3 years. Shrimp never survives in my tank. Even I I dont have any harmful fish. Can u pls advise how I make this possible for shrimp survival?

has to be nitrate ammonia problems or copper related maybe

Need a list of parameters and other tankmates to really help you out. I had my one cleaner for five years, he died just last month [emoji24].

you almost have to run Reef conditions for them, as they need calcium and low nitrates to survive ong term
