Hello reefer friends! Are cleaner wrasses immune to ich? I'm having a ich outbreak in my 220G DT and Im working on removing all the fish to treat with copper. My question is since cleaner wrasse eat parasites, I was wondering if they are immune to ich. I finally got a CW that is doing well and would hate to put it through the stress of copper treatment. Thanks your help in advance.

Wrasses have very thick slime coats which helps keep them healthier longer during a parasite outbreak but they are a food source for the parasite so even if never fall ill, once you add the fish back to the tank, the parasite will pop back up.
