I have a 180 Cade with about eight months on it now. Knock on wood it’s running very smoothly.
In the last two months I have been relying on two Kamoer dosing pumps maxed out in their capacity for auto water changes.
I really very much love this system As it seems to have corresponded with good growt, polyp extension and color.
However I am puzzled as to how I will take advantage of the other benefit of periodic water changes; sopping up the scum from the relatively thin sand bed in this tank.

So seeking suggestions from those who have committed to automatic water changes sure how to remove the detritus a regular basis.
