I just dosed iodide a few days ago and getting some clear goo on rock surfaces. Nothing unsightly. Just something totally new. Bacterial or algal? Anyone know of this happening after dosing iodide

Sounds like coincidence to me. Clear goo would not typically be algae, and other possibilities don’t use much iodide. I never saw such goo dosing iodide, and I’ve not seen others report it.
