Hi fellow reefers I was just wondering if anyone else is having issues with this company? Last month they emailed me stating my order would be delayed due to a broken machine and now this month I get a email stating that lightning struck the machine so there is now no timeframe of when my order will be shipped. I know things happen but it just seems like right when my shipment date I s approaching something always seems to happen where they can’t ship.

My only issue was it took time for mine to get made. They are a funny outfit. The way they talk is like they are some big company. In reality I think they are just a husband and wife. If they were a big company one machine down wouldn’t stop production.

That said, power surges happen as do lightning strikes. You’re just at a bad point in their que to get yours. Ask for a refund and go someplace else if you’re worried.

I got my lid and am happy with it. It was worth it to me.

Thanks for the reassurance I’m gnna just wait it out but pretty bummed that it’s taking so long
