I have bought zeovit brand salt and I do not know why it does not dissolve well, the water remains quite cloudy, directly at zeovit they have told me that the salt came out in good condition from their warehouses and I spoke with my distributor, and he has told me Having said that I use carbonated water to remove the tubidity from the water, what do you think?

Probably it has some precipitated calcium carbonate, which many salt mixes do.

I'd let it settle until clear, measure the alk, and if the alk is OK for you, the salt is likely fine (barring some strange manufacturing error).

This has more:

from it:
Figure 1. The residue on the bottom of the plastic trash can that I use to mix Instant Ocean. I rarely clean it out. The solid is most likely calcium carbonate.

I left the pump stopped overnight and the next day the water was still cloudy, I will measure parameters, so would you use it?

Probably yes. The alk reading may be false high if there are solids that will dissolve in the acid of the alk titration.

Possibly make your first change with it smaller than usual to look for possible issues.
