Clove Coral not opening

I got those 2 plugs 2 days ago. It wont open yet. All other coral are good.
I have good flow, 2 prime HD in a 55g.

Aren't they suppose to be super easy coral ?

While.some versions can be a plague, the brightly colored ones are less aggressive.

Also a Catch 22.
You have leathers so you will want to run carbon.

For whatever reason, fancy cloves seem to hate carbon. [emoji53]

Zero flow and low light also help.
The orange and green centered cloves grew and spread and migrated to where they wanted to be in our tank, and then melted away within a few weeks of running carbon (GAC). [emoji17]

Clove is very easy to take care of but dude you’ve had them for two days calm down let them acclimate to their environment if you were thrown into a jungle how would you feel you’d be stressed out so just let them acclimate which tends to be 3-7 days
