Hey everyone, my small 10 gallon is going well but I'm concerned slightly. My larger clown Aqua has been attacking the smaller one named Dash.

Aqua seems like she is being territorial with the feeding door (black flip door where I drop the food into) they both know when I open that food comes, not dumb fish by any means.

And Dash tries to go to the other end of the tank and Aqua attacks him when he gets close to the feeding door or even tries to cross onto the other side of the tank.

How should I fix this? Or is this a normal behavior/figuring out dominance and heiriarcy?

When Aqua attacks she darts very fast at Dash, sometimes she collides and sometimes she misses, or she pushes him into the glass.

I know right now they are both male but I call Aqua a she cause I'm almost 100% she will turn female instead of Dash.

I managed to upload a video of Aqua attacking Dash, this is how she does it all the time.

Assuming that these are juvenile clowns, it is normal bonding behaviour.

If these are large mature clowns, it's also normal, but may not resolve peacefully.

They are under a year old, I was told by the guy at the lfs that they were about 6 months old roughly.

Try dropping the pellets from above by hand, so that both fish can get some. The fish feeder is not working out so try a different method.

If you cant get them both eating I'd think you need to rehome one of them, and I also agree the tank is too small.

I'd typically say you need more rock as well, but I do not find that my clowns care about rock at all.

They both seem to get enough food, I put enough in so Dash can get some too. As for a larger tank I hope to get one next year hopefully.

10g is a tight fit for two clowns. It can be done, but as you can see, aggression is common. If you have a turkey baster on hand, I would try using that to feed the clowns and see how that does.
