Should I do just one dip today and then wait till tomarrow to do another

I mean new. Bleach white dry rock, no algae, no good bacteria, no stability yet.

I just gave my clown is first dip and put him in HT just wondering should I wait till tomarrow to do another

No, you can do multiple FW dips. Just make sure he's doing ok for a little bit after the initial and subsequent dips.
