My female clown has gone from bad to worse. Before she was ripping an acro farg off its plug at the super glue, now it seems that she is going after my cherub angel. All this damage is from the course of 1 day. Multiple spots missing scales with a large section above the eye and missing a chunk of tail.

The plan is to set up a new nano in a few days for the clown that will later be moved into a 120 when that is set up and the nano to become a invert quarantine. I plan to set up a hospital tank for the angel tonight, what treatments should I apply?

I will try to get better pics, this little guys has taken quite the beating. Besides being slightly more skittish he is swimming and eating fine.

Aggression rarely improves when it starts to get bad like this. The sooner she is seperated the better.

Get rid of it. When a fish causes that kind of damage it rarely improves. Clownfish can become very territorial/downright mean once established and it is likely to exhibit the same behavior in another tank once it gets established.
