Looks like an odd presentation of Brooklynella or Uronema, I would be safe and consider starting treatment as both kill quickly and spread quickly.
Humble knows his stuff... I'd take his advice asap^^This. Giving the fish a FW dip and/or chemical bath ASAP will buy you some time, even if you can't QT right away. Formalin is the go-to, and metro can be used as well. However, I have been having very good success lately using acriflavine to treat velvet as well as brook in clownfish. A LFS I advise has been having good success treating clownfish with brook using acriflavine as well. They are using Ruby Reef Rally, which contains both acriflavine & formalin.
