Don’t mix Prazi as it depletes O2 rapidly. If you want to use a mix then I’d recommend General Cure (has both) but at low enough dosages you won’t harm your fish. If you decide to dose Prazi make sure to add extra O2 with a powerhead or airstone breaking the surface of the water.
Do you think metro and focus is sufficient ?

The white stringy poop and the lessened appetite is indicative of intestinal parasites. I would definitely feed food soaked medication for that issue.

As far as the breathing goes it could be many different ailments. Clowns can be hard to diagnose. They can carry velvet without any visible "spots" etc. Due to the very thick mucus layer. I would recommend a FW dip. This is one of the reasons I choose to prophylactically treat my fish, because certain fish especially Wrasse, gobies, damsels etc. Can carry parasites in gills without external symptoms.

Thank you !

I'll be attempting to remove the clowns and feed them medicine soaked food asap. Before putting them into the QT I'll try and fresh water dip them and I'll post back with any results

Do you think however that the clown could just be being well a clown and the heavy breathing is just an abnormal action?

So my amazon order was messed up... go figured. I received metroplex & two kanaplex instead of one focus and one kanaplex..

I have general cure now. I want to move my clowns to my QT however, would administering the metroplex and general cure together be okay without focus? I know it's so that the medicine doesn't get into the water column but since it's my qt that should be okay right?

So also...

I just got home from my girlfriends and my clowns appear to be perfect.. no issues at all. So I am a loss of what to do.

Could the fish have been cured through eating healthy foods?

That's great they're looking better but I'd still keep an eye out for white stringy poop. It's possible that it could have just been from an "upset tummy" although it's usually indicative of internal parasites or worms. If you still want to medicate, which wouldn't be a bad idea, use just the general cure as it already has metro in it. As an alternative to focus you can use unflavored gelatin or agar

I get focus on Tuesday after fighting with Amazon. I will be closely monitoring now. Come Tuesday regardless of how they look I will be feeding GC & Focus for a week just to really eradicate any remaining things.

I now have a plethora of medicines & knowledge to treat just about any sickness.... \

My QT is setup and I will be purchasing a six line wrasse soon and bringing my qt to theraputic levels with cupramine to begin the qt on the wrasse.

If you start the medicated food feed for a minimum of 10 days, internal parasites and worms can be pretty resilient. Since you have time you may want to consider getting some copper power and use that on the wrasse instead of cupramine. Wrasse can be sensitive to copper, copper power is a chelated copper and is gentler on them than cupramine which is an ionic copper

They will probably be fine in cupramine though ? It's a 3/5.

I have ordered copper power from amazon and an API copper test kit. I returned my cupramine.
I personally feel safer using the copper power, many people have been successful with cupramine and wrasse but I'd rather use what has been found to work better. Here's some information that will help you when you start using it

If it's within your budget, a Hanna high range copper checker is much more accurate than any of the hobby grade test kits, it makes the whole process a lot easier
Anything is in budget, however, the API test kit was 9 dollars and I thought this was a good spot to begin.
