past 2 weeks half my zoas have been closed.

Now I found 1 clown fish out of the 3 have been laying on the zoas. Like he just lays down...

Is he hosting or dyeing?

Looks to me like he"s trying to host. Do you have a nem? If not they will find what ever they can that feel like a nem to host. I've heard of clowns hosting GSPs. If you can get a nem if you don't have one.

I have no nem. This is bc they were moving to my sps land. I could not let them kill my $$ sps lol

Nothing to worry about then mate so long as the zoas don’t adversely affect the clown and vice versa. Maybe consider a nem for him if you feel up to the challenge.:)

I have two clowns, they’ve paired up. Only 2 fish in my 40g. One clown keeps trying to be hosted by the frogspawn- but the tentacles are too wavy for it to settle in. It looks frustrated. I’m also afraid the frogspawn may end up eating it. Also the other clown likes to stay in the montipora for some strange reason. I believe clowns will go wherever they feel like.
