Clown Fish Recommendation

One of my clown fish did a carpet dive and my cat unfortunately had a late night meal. The smaller of the two clowns remains healthy in the tank.

Can I add another clown fish pair or do I need to regime the remaining clown. (I have 4 other fish in the tank)

Unless you have a large aquarium I would not add a pair to the system. Assume the smaller one is a male. Try to get one similar in size or smaller.

Either re home your male, or get one a lot bigger than him or one thats a lot smaller than him to prevent less fighting
