Clown fish showing symptoms!

The rapid breathing not eating and rigid swimming are general symptoms of an issue with clownfish.

Did the symptoms develop gradually or suddenly?
Is the other clownfish showing ANY similar symptoms (even if milder).
It was sudden. And the other clown doesn’t show any issues at all.

Day 2 and the fish looks fine, it’s active and eating. No more heavy breathing either.

Day 4 and fish is still fine. Assuming it was a local ammonia spike.

Day 5 it’s back. Just started showing symptoms within the last few hours, any ideas?

Should I just do a dose of rally pro?
